Spectacular House with Large Pool and Extensive Views Close to Square

Sa Bleda, situated in Sóller within the World Heritage cultural Landscape of the Serra du Tramuntana , was built in 1914 in the Art Nouveau style with profits obtained from the trade of oranges with France. This important house is on the list of the «most emblematic buildings» in Sóller, due to its unique architecture.

The house has a very central location in the beautiful town, only 3 minutes walk from the Square, enjoying a relaxed and private atmosphere in the large garden that surrounds the house.

Sa Bleda completed its total 18 month renovation in May 2022, the aim to restore the house respectfully and maintaining its character while providing all modern comforts.

The beautiful and very private walled garden has orange and olive trees, a petanque court, large pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue with shaded seating for 12. Importantly in Sóller, Sa Bleda has ample private and secure off road parking for at least 4 cars, including an electric charger.

The house has been decorated and furnished with quiet good taste and quality, the result is one of the most complete and exclusive properties in the Sóller Valley.

Beautiful
We loved this house, design and style were perfect. totally welcoming and comfortable whilst still being absolutely beautiful. the tiles on the floors are such a treat, you feel like you are in a designer home. the garden was bliss and every morning you get the sun for coffee, pastries and reading time. the smell of the blossom follows you through the house, so sweet and full of spring. would love a heated pool, but it didnt stop some of us from swimming daily. Thank you. also, the managers of the property are wonderful and totally welcoming.

Traumhaus in engen Gassen
Alles in allem ein tolles Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt. Der Kontakt ist Super. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und hat dennoch vom Garten aus einen spektakulären Blick aufs Gebirge. Die Zufahrt (wir hatten u.a. Einen Kleinbus da wir 12 Reisende waren) ist abenteuerlich. Die Zufahrt mit Bus ist nur was für sehr erfahrene Autofahrer da die Straßen teilweise nur 1,80 breit sind. Zudem ist vor dem Haus in der Straße eine Baustelle. Somit mussten wir die Einbahnstraßen täglich falsch herum fahren. Aber all das soll den Eindruck und die Lage des Hauses nicht schmälern. Man ist in wenigen Minuten fussläufig im Zentrum und hat eine tolle Auswahl an Restaurants. Das Internet ist zügig, die Ausstattung in der Küche vollständig. Der Pool ist groß (leider unbeheizt) und lässt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Die Outdoorküche mit Grill und Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls sehr geeignet genauso wie die großen Esstische drinnen und draußen. Die Betten sind bequem in das Haus bietet problemlos Platz für 12 Personen und 3 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück . Da wir vermutlich die ersten Gäste der neuen Saison waren, war leider kein Heizöl im Tank, so dass (aufgrund Wochenende) die ersten 2 Tage kein Warmwasser zur Verfügung stand. Das Problem wurde Montag früh direkt behoben. Die zuständige Agenturmitarbeiterin hat sich dafür entschuldigt und auch erkenntlich gezeigt. Somit ist das Thema schnell und ohne Probleme geklärt.

Soller Stay
Sa Bleda is an incredible property in the heart of Soller. Our family of 9 had an amazing week exploring the island from this wonderful home which far exceeded our expectations in terms of the quality of the house, furnishings, amenities, and location. A huge thanks to Tisha for coordinating easy access to the home and for being so responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. Incredible!

Exquisite from start to finish
Sa Bleda is an exceptional property in an unbeatable location. Our family, 3 generations, enjoyed a one week stay, we wished we had booked a second week - we didn’t want to leave. The communication, before arrival and during our stay, with Tisha was 5 star - kind, helpful, prompt and responsive in a timely manner. The property is beautiful, spotless and located close to central Soller. The pool and outside area are magical and there is plenty of space inside to have your own privacy. The property has been finished to a very high spec with everything you could wish for, comfortable beds, spacious showers, luxury baths, the softest linen. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again - an oasis of calm and luxury - incredible! Thank you Tisha for being such an incredible host!

After ten years searching for the perfect Sóller house we found Sa Bleda. It is our home from home and we have poured our heart and soul into the refurbishment. An example of the care in the renovation is seen in the beautiful floor tiling throughout. We found the original tile maker family, whose great grandfather made the original house tiles and worked with us to renovate the original patterns.

Why they chose this property

There are famously only a handful of period detached houses in Sóller. Add to that the uninterrupted views of the Serra du Tramuntana, the large pool, pretty garden with fruit trees, extensive parking and the central location and Sa Bleda is truly a one of a kind property in this beautiful and historic town.
