The open floor plan is sunny and bright with cool ocean breezes, and underscores the casual and relaxing feel of the house. Glass windows and sliding doors invite you out to one of the two large decks making this an ideal home for outdoor living and entertaining. The outdoor grill is directly fed with propane gas via a dedicated line.

Beautiful Hither-Hills beach is just a few minutes walk away, and less if you take your bike or car to one of the Beach's private parking area. Conveniently located with both the town's dining and entertainment offerings as well as an exclusive spa facility just a few minutes drive away. Your idyllic summer awaits you in this charming home.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach. It has so many extra amenities for a great stay (indoor/outdoor space, soaking tub, outdoor shower, wood burning fireplace). We had the best time!

A fantastic girls weekend!

My families stay at this home could not have went better. The host accommodated my request of early arrival AND the house was cleaned spotless. The location and access to the coveted private hither hills beaches was A++. Beds were so comfortable, and the space was great for 7 adults. We hope to return in summers to come!! Montauk beach house

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick's home in Montauk. The house was very clean and seemed recently updated. The bathrooms were clean, bright with nice modern amenities and floor tiling. Access to the private parking lot at the beach was super convenient and kept the beach from getting crowded. The beach was beautiful - we even saw whales! We would be happy to come back to stay at this house again.

Comfortable home with space to relax!

The living space in this home is great- the dining and living area is generous and the kitchen set up for people helping and a counter that made preparing plating and serving easy. The deck on top had a great grill and the home came with beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and ample space for all of us. Hosts were accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Thank you!

Gorgeous Home w/ the Amenities of a 5 Star Hotel

This is a gorgeous home!! Even better than pictured! The property is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay wonderful. I loved not having to worry about packing shampoo or a hair dryer or linens! The facility was so clean, I would 1000% stay here again. Patrick was the best part of the experience- he answered all my questions immediately, and was very easy to plan with. He gave great suggestions for the area. Suggest staying with him 100%!
