The studio is located in an emblematic area of Malaga, the neighborhood of El Palo, 5 minutes walk from the beach, with many chiringuitos to try our typical sardines and many more dishes. Spacious studio with fully equipped kitchen, smart tv with NETFLIX, movistar tv and free wifi. It has air conditioning. Bus stop nearby. Malaga center is only 5 km away.
Apartment has about 90 square meters and is very bright. Large bed 160x200 and a sofa bed of 140x200 (the two beds are in same space separated by a closet). New kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and fridge. A large closet. Table with chairs to eat and two comfortable sofas. Around the apartment you can find restaurants specializing in fish, bars for breakfast, pastry, pharmacy, supermarket, bus stop is 3 min walk.
It is located in the old fishing district of El Palo, just 400 meters from the famous Playa del Palo. The beautiful location is well known for its small and colorful Andalusian buildings along the coast, which contain a lot of cafes and restaurants that serve the best dishes of fresh fish and seafood from Malaga. Local residents come here along with city guests with their families for lunch or dinner.
It is located 8 km from the center of Malaga and the route by public transport will only take 15 minutes. The distance to Malaga airport is 21 km. The distance to the train station of Malaga is 9 km. The famous El Palo Municipal Market is 3 minutes away from the Villa on foot.
