It is a beautifully decorated, spacious apartment. It looks exactly like the photos. It's centrally located and you can walk to everything. It’s also located right in the heart of the nightlife with tons of restaurants and bars. The host is awesome and he went out of his way to help us and answer all of our questions.

Walking into the apartment - we noticed the strong fragrance - almost like it was covering up a smell. Once I got rid of the fragrance - I noticed a rancid smell in the large bedroom. There was also mold growing in the closet which housed the washing machine. We were told that was from water damage. The outside patio was also dirty with bird droppings. The parking is horrible- if you do rent a vehicle - in fact - out vehicle was towed and did get get any help from the owners - in terms of who to call.

We are sorry for your evaluation of the property. As for the fragrance, the cleaning service, once the apartment has been cleaned, sprays an air freshener (the best on the market) which may have been strong for you, but all our guests have always appreciated it. In the bedroom we don't know what acid smell it refers to, we never received any notes from all the guests we received. As for the washing machine area, we explained that unfortunately we suffered a flood from some previous guests and until the wall dried completely we could not intervene to restore it. For parking, on the other hand, you parked your car in the towing area and it was rightly picked up. There are many parking lots around the apartment where you can freely park your car.

The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable, clean, etc., and very well located, super near to the areas of Palermo we wanted to see. Excellent on all of that. Our host was good at getting back to us quickly about things, but the exact location of the apartment was not clear from the address and the way the street is configured. The directions for getting in were not clear to us and were sent only right when we got to the place, when unfortunately it was a deluge of rain, so we had to read the instructions for the first time in the rain on a phone and search around for the exact spot and try to figure out how to get in once we found it, all while getting very wet. There is a need for earlier and more specific info for getting in with a map marking the exact spot, specifics on how the various keys work, etc. Also would recommend more information in the apartment on a sheet detailing how to do various things in the apartment. We had to message the host about a number of details (that he provided quickly) that could easily be available inside the apartment in a brief guide. Great place once we got in and got the info we needed.

Appartement super bien situé à marché de tout avec toutes les commodités Guide avec les explications à l’intérieur au lieu de communiquer avec hôte serait plus facile mais réponses très rapides d’Andreas à nos questions. Seul petit bémol bruits la nuit pour la petite chambre ( bar près?) Mais super localisation près des restaurant et bar à vin extraordinaire à 1 minute de marche Près des transport en commun et navette pour l’aéroport! Recommandé fortement

Great place in Palermo with tons of restaurants and places to see nearby!

The check In process what very smooth and the owners were very helpful in getting us forms for our return trip to the US. We enjoyed the space and it was very comfortable.

Wonderfully central, yet quiet. Apartment and equipment new and in perfect order. Andrea offered to help with everything from airport pick up to wine delivery.
