Villa Montazha was finalized in 2006. Build with some Spanish style touches, it was the intention to maximize the natural daylight and views. The villa is about 400 sqm on 1,100 sqm of land and surrounded by green gardens, a large pool terrace and infinity swimming pool. The 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and living areas are furnished in a modern contemporary design.
Villa Monatazah is located on the Red Sea Riviera in the fascinating resort of Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt. Montazah Sharm El Sheikh is located 10 km north of Naama Bay and only a few minutes drive from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport. The compound is set in a slope facing the sea and offering great views to the Red Sea and the Island of Tiran. The Villa is located and elevated in the second row. A 2 minutes walk to the private sandy beach and the first spots for both snorkeling and scuba diving: Ras Nasrani and Ras Bob, which are well known dive sites to scuba divers.

This is a beautiful well kept home! It is stocked with everything one would need. The view is amazing. I love how you can see the Sea from the sofa as well as from outside because of the wall of windows. Just amazing!
