About this property
CASAMARINA - Single-family villa on two floors
The villa has a large garden, ideal for children's games, and a convenient covered parking. There are two verandas: one, close to the kitchen, is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, the other, shaded by a gazebo, lends itself to moments of evening relaxation to be spent reading a book or maybe watching TV.
The living area consists of a large living room with TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with two fridges, one with a freezer, a gas hob, a gas oven and a microwave, crockery, pots and everything you need to be able to cook. Adjacent to the kitchen a small compartment houses the washing machine.
The sleeping area, on the first floor, consists of three bedrooms: two are furnished with a double bed, one with two single beds or one double bed. Each of the rooms has a ceiling fan. A shared air conditioner can be supplied on request.
