Bought the unit on 2015 but we have just started renting it out last 2017. I decided to start renting it out to provide travellers a great and relaxing place to stay when away from home. I am currently not in the Philippines but the Property Manager will be so happy to assist guests on their stay.
Why they chose this property
The Penthouse comes with a free reserved parking space to get that stress of finding a car parking off your mind. It's an end-unit, so you get an amazing panoramic views of Manila Skyline plus it is perfectly situated, close to shopping centre, restaurants and public transpotation.
