Above the living room, on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with terraces and two bathrooms in the hallway. On the third floor of the house, there is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. All 3 bedrooms on the upper floors have air conditioning.

This complex has a spacious communal garden to which only those staying in the complex have access. The swimming pool is large and very well maintained.
