At the top of the tower, there is the en-suite bedroom with full bathroom and a small terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house also has a garage and parking for another car. The private 8 x 4 meter pool is in the garden at the back of the property. On the same level as the pool there is a large room equipped as a gym with various machines, there is also a bar, a fridge and a blu ray music player. It also has a large bathroom with shower. There are sun loungers on the pool terrace and in the garden there is a porch with a table and benches for eating.

Water consumption will be controlled due to water restrictions approved by the Drought Decree.

The rental period is a minimum of 1 week. Always from Saturday to Saturday.
MEDIUM AND LOW SEASON
From January 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to December 31th
Short stays are allowed. Minimum stay 2 days.
