This restored farmhouse from the 18th century consists of several rooms, which are connected to each other. The whole is on the ground floor, with some level differences. The farm is located on a main road. The interior consists of a cozy living room and a large kitchen. There are 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets for 20 people: families, friends and families are all very welcome!

Within 15 minutes by bike you are at the cozy family beach of Bergen aan Zee. You can enjoy a nice walk through the woods (600 m) or to the golf course in Bergen (5 km). In addition, the most beautiful walking route of 2023, called 'Woest Attractive', is located a short distance from the house.

The lovely, large garden offers peace and complete privacy. It is also a pleasant, safe playground for children. There are 5 parking spaces at the house. The farmhouse may differ slightly from the photos shown, but the level of comfort is as described. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited. You can hear the traffic in the garden.

Wij troffen een ruim, mooi, schoon, huis aan, met een grote, goed geoutilleerde keuken. Ons gezelschap bestond uit 6 volwassenen en 9 grote en kleine kinderen. Dat was hier prima te doen, ruim voldoende slaapgelegenheid. Ook de omgeving was mooi. Interessante wandel mogelijkheden naar en in de duinen. Supermarkt in buurt en een leuke kroeg direct aan de overkant. Ondanks de kou, was het geen probleem om het huis behaaglijk te houden. Behalve de speelzolder, die was niet verwarmd. Daar was het nogal fris. Op basis van onze ervaringen met dit huis in het bijzonder en met Belvilla in het algemeen kan ik dit met enthousiasme bij u aanbevelen. Voor ons gezelschap was het een zeer geslaagd weekend. Op basis van onze ervaringen Deze locatie voldeed ruimschoots aan onze verwachtingen en meer.

Prachtig en ruim aanvoelend huis op een fantastische lokatie op loopafstand naar het strand en gelegen in heel mooi dorp; het huis en linnengoed is spik en span, fijne bedden, voldoende keuken en toilet supplies, grote en gezellig gemeubileerde patio, grote sauna, ideale openbaar vervoer verbinding, Spar en bakker om de hoek, De eigenaar bleek enorm behulpzaam met het beantwoorden van onze vragen zowel voorafgaand als tijdens ons verblijf. We hadden het niet beter kunnen treffen!

Sehr schön für grosse Familie

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche mit 14 Personen, Großeltern, Eltern und 6 Enkel. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem schönen Dorf, Supermarkt 60m, Fahrrad Verleih im Nebenhaus, Bäcker 100m, Restaurant Straße gegenüber und trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten in den Dünen zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad in der gleichen Zeit am Strand. 3 Kommentare / Vorschläge: - restriktive Heizungssteuerung könnte in Nebensaison ein Problem sein, wir hatten 2 ungewöhnlich kalte July Tage und hätten Abends auch gerne 1-2 Grad mehr zu schätzen gewusst. - Liegestühle für den Garten wären schön - Fotos setzen Garten etwas übertrieben in Szene - der liegt komplett an Dorfstrasse, es gibt aber einen schönen privaten Innenhof Im Haus selber ist alles vorhanden, reichlich Platz und das Spiel Dachgeschoss ist unschlagbar für kleine und große Kinder Alles in allem eine super Empfehlung

Haus und Umgebung einfach nur schön. Die Beschreibung vom Haus trifft 100% zu, besonders zu erwähnen ist die gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Spielzimmer für die Kinder ist der Hit. Wir haben uns alle, ob groß oder klein sehr wohl gefühlt.
