This property is set on a private gated plot with swimming pool and garden. Spread out over 2 levels this villa is very spacious and fully equipped for a family holiday.
The open plan lounge and kitchen is located on the first floor and has beautiful views of the surrounding area and the mediterranean sea.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher to make your holiday like home from home.
It is perfectly located in the beautiful area of Cala D'or, where you have a local bar/restaurant, local shop and walking distance to the tram and Cala D'or beach cove. The tram takes you directly into your nearest town of El Campello where you will find ample bars, shops and restaurants along the beautiful seafront.
The tram line also takes you as far as Benidorm in one direction and Alicante in the opposite direction.
A car is not essential because of the tram service, however it would be a asset in this location.
The sweeping driveway to this property gives you plenty of parking space. The property consists of 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin) so it sleeps 8 people

Piscina soleada todo el día
Lo maravilloso de esta casa es la gerencia, son muy rápidos y responsables. La distribución de la casa te permite disfrutar de la piscina todo el día y ya luego en la tarde/noche descansar en la terraza mientras preparas una buena barbacoa. Las calas y playas cercanas son muy lindas! Oportunidad de mejora: piso resbaloso y muchos escalones afilados. En mi familia todos nos llevamos alguna caída y varios raspones.
