This luxury villa is a fantastic place to spend a good and quiet rest for your holidays, only 130 meters from the beach/sea, the center of Coveta Fuma, playground for children, bars, restaurants, terraces, supermarket and train station.

You will also enjoy the various terraces around the house to relax, enjoy the sun and the superb views over the sea. Moreover, there is an exterior corner with pergola, allowing you to have a meal or drink outside with fantastic seaviews.

The villa is offering you in total 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with showers). The main house contains 2 bedrooms of 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. It also contains 2 bathrooms with shower (1 en-suite) with A/C and wardrobes.

The basement of the villa (with his own entrance) give space to a bedroom with a double bed + a single bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. It also has 1 bathroom with shower.

It has a large living-dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc.)

From the living room and the kitchen you have access to the large terrace and private swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and lounge chairs-table.

The villa is situated only 130 meters walking away from the village center of La Coveta Fuma, the tram line " Coveta Fuma" and beach/sea.

El Campello, where the sea and the mountains meet, is a 5 minute drive. There you will find splendid golden beaches, beautiful hidden coves, orange and lemon groves and breathtaking mountain views.

The cosmopolitan city of Alicante is about 20 minutes away driving and 30 minutes on the train. It is one of Spain's most engaging cities, with its picturesque old quarter, a collection of beautiful churches, museums, live teatre and a lively marina area surrounded by restaurants and tapas bars. The whole city is dominated by Santa Barbara Castle, high on a cliff above the sea.

The Canalobre Caves are one of the biggest attractions on the Costa Blanca and are only 15 minutes driving from the villa, in the mountain village of Busot.

Also, lively Benidorm and its numerous theme parks are only a short drive away.
