About this property

Our one-bedroom apartment is set out over two floors - double bedroom and bathroom upstairs, then lounge, kitchen and small bathroom downstairs.

It's on a well-kept, friendly and quiet complex with a heated pool. There are a mixture of owners living there and people renting for holidays. Our balcony sees the sun for most of the day and is a lovely place to eat dinner or have a drink.

The sofa in the lounge is a sofa-bed. The kitchen is set up for 2-4 people, and also has a small standalone oven. There is a washing machine in a cupboard outside our back kitchen door along with a rear patio area. We have towels, bedding, etc in the apartment for your stay.

Caleta de Fuste is a great little town with lots of great places to eat and drink. Our apartment is nice and central - close to bars and restaurants and five minutes' walk to the main Commercial Centre with more bars and restaurants to choose from. We're 5 minutes walk from Caleta Beach, or across the road from our apartment is a cut-through to walk a 15-minute picturesque coastal path to get to the beach and harbour another way.

The apartment is ideal for couples, young families or golfing trips, if there is anything that you would like to know in regards the apartment, complex, resort, local area or golf courses please do not hesitate to contact us.

Wonderful stay

The apartment has all amenities listed. Check-in and communication was excellent. The apartment has lovely outdoor spaces to relax and the complex is very chilled and friendly. Great location, supermarket just round the corner. Definitely will return.

Lovely little gem in Caleta

All contacts and questions were answered promptly. All was plain sailing. First time we did not use a hotel in 15 years and 20 visits to Fuerteventura. Our hesitation was misplaced. We will definitely book again.

A peaceful and restful place

this was a very quiet family location in a secure gated location. there is a small communal pool and sunbathing area. the property was clean and tidy with all mod cons including cooling fans. it is convenient for the nearby seaside promenade and a 10 minute stroll from the harbour and beach.

Just ok

We waited an age for a taxi which I called the manager about immediately but when we got there the guy who met us was not in a good mood about having to wait so he rushed us in and basically gave us no information on how things worked or where things were. The apt itself was well equipped but I have to say the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floor throughout the apt obviously hadn't been washed as there was dirt and dust throughout on the floors and skirting boards ect. There was ants on the worktops when we arrived and although spray was provided there is obviously a problem as there were lots on our arrival. As I said the apt itself was well equipped so this is no reflection on the owners but I would advise looking at the management/cleaning company used.

Great apartment

This apartment has everything you need for a self catering break. Wi-fi + fire stick tv for all sport and soaps. Upstairs Comfortable bed and a sun trap balcony all day sunshine. Excellent very quiet complex in a central area
