Breton house, quiet and renovated with swimming pool

In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, Breton house renovated in a contemporary way, in the countryside in the very pretty and quiet hamlet of Kervernir, between Baden at 3 min and Arradon at 7 min.

With a capacity of 4 to 5 people, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160cm and 2 beds of 80cm which can be twinned according to your needs, automatically put into a double bed 160) on the first level and 1 bench on the ground floor, 1 bathroom, kitchen , living room, the house is tastefully furnished and has a terrace and a small swimming pool.

Household linen (sheets, duvet covers, hand towels, tea towels) is provided so as not to clutter you.

In high season, the house can only be rented by the week.

CAUTION: The house is not suitable for young children.
Pets are not allowed, the house is also non-smoking (outdoor ashtrays will nevertheless be available).

The Gulf of Morbihan is full of natural and historical wonders to be discovered on foot, by bike, by kayak, by sailboat ... Discovery of the heritage: the Cairn of Gavrinis (pier at the port of Larmor Baden); Ile aux moines (pier at Port Blanc at 6 km); Vannes city of art and history (12 km); port of Saint Goustan (11 km); Carnac (27 km), cruise on the Gulf, ballad and hike on the islands and coastal paths, nautical activities: sailing, kayaking, paddle, Arradon horse riding (8 km), 18-hole golf course (5 km).

TrÚs bon séjour

TrÚs jolie maison, rénovée avec soin, le canapé est trÚs sympa et le bassin de rafraßchissement bien agréable... La maison est trÚs bien placée, on va trÚs rapidement a la mer! L'accueil de Nadia contribue a ce qu'on se sente tout de suite chez nous.

Een heel leuk huisje om een paar dagen te verblijven, maar wel met enkele gebreken


- In tegenstelling tot wat er op de website staat vermeld is er eigenlijk geen ruimte om je auto te parkeren. De parkeerplaats naast het huis is zo goed als niet toegankelijk (te smal en te stijl
). De auto met twee wielen op de (kleine) stoep parkeren zoals wordt aanbevolen is geen goede maar ook geen veilige optie. - De lounge set (l-vormige bank en tafel) in de tuin kan echt niet meer ! De latjes in de rugleuning en de zitting vielen eruit toen we erop gingen zitten. De kussens zaten onder het vuil (zaadjes, stof
) - Voor de tuinverlichting (zwembad, vlonder lampen en wandverlichting) moet je op drie plaatsen naar schakelaars zoeken, Ă©Ă©n daarvan (vlonderverlichting) is enkel aan te zetten in de meter kast (!) die zich in het washok bevindt. - De schuifpui naar het terras kon niet op slot. Dit was ons niet gemeld bij aankomst, moesten we nadat we dit ontdekten voor bellen. - De trap naar boven is ‘s avonds in het donker best gevaarlijk. De slaapkamers zijn boven, de badkamer met de wc en de waterkranen zijn beneden. Als je ‘s nachts naar beneden moet is dat best wel een dingetje waar je moet uitkijken op de trap
. - de drinkglazen moeten vervangen worden. Die zijn wit van de kalk en de krassen. - De verdere uitrusting van huisje en de keuken is compleet en ook goed. - de host is zeer vriendelijk, de lokale dame die de entree en het vertrek verzorgd eveneens. - Ondanks de tekortkomingen in het huis hebben we een leuk verblijf gehad.

Maison agrĂ©able et fonctionnelle dans un hameau paisible. Par contre place de parking inutilisable pour une grande voiture et trĂšs peu de stationnement dans la rue. Manque de suivi pour le nettoyage de la piscine et la rĂ©paration de l’équipement (radiateur salle de bain en panne depuis un petit moment)

La maison est en parfait état, trÚs lumineuse et entiÚrement équipée. Située dans un endroit calme. Comme précisé dans l'annonce, elle ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants (piscine non sécurisée) mais est idéale pour les adultes et les grands enfants.

Un bel endroit de charme au calme

Tout est parfait dans cette location oĂč nous avons passĂ© une semaine Ă  4 personnes. L’accueil des propriĂ©taires au top, l’emplacement au calme, la qualitĂ© et l’agencement de la maison oĂč rien ne manque. La terrasse bois avec sa piscine est un rĂ©el bonheur (mais la mĂ©tĂ©o Ă©tait un peu fraĂźche pour en profiter). N’hĂ©sitez pas, c’est un enchantement ...
