The Royal Portrush golf course is only a 30 minute walk away and Ballyreagh Par 3 and Pitch & Putt is directly across the road. Beautiful blue flag beach West Strand is only 10 min walk. 2 Restaurants are also located within 2 mins walk of the property with many more in Portrush 15/20 min walk. Accommodation sleeps 8 comprising of 1 kingsize bedroom with sea views, 2 double bedrooms one with sea view & 1 twin bedroom. 2 bathrooms both with showers and 1 bath. Lounge with sea & golf views. Separate kitchen/Dining to the rear with balcony for Al Fresco dining & steps to small garden. Off street parking. Shed for storage of golf clubs. Free WiFi. Northern Ireland Tourist Board approved. Property is located on the Causeway Coast within short travelling distance of many tourist attractions : Giants Causeway, Carrick- a -Rede Rope Bridge, Bushmills Distillery, Dunluce Castle & Game of Thrones Dark Hedges. There are also many excellent golf courses close by including Portstewart (3 courses) Portrush & Castlerock. This area is also renowned for 3 blue flag beaches.

Fabulous host!

We have had a lovely holiday, made all the better by Sandra - the property host. We were treated to some lovely cakes and essentials , which started the week off well. The property is spacious and perfect for a family with the grandparents too! The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of seating. The property os exceptionally clean. Thank you Sandra for the extra help and advice, it was gratefully appreciated. Best wishes and hope to see you again.

Lovely modern townhouse in a great location

Would thoroughly recommend this property, especially for families. Spacious, comfortable, modern and excellently presented. Easy walk to Portrush for beach and family fun and short drive, easy cycle to Portstewart. Tides (book up front) and Coast Inn (walk in) restaurants a short stroll away. Good base for exploring causeway coast. Thanks again to Sandra for making us feel very welcome. Would visit again.

Lovely property

Really enjoyed our week here. We had a very warm welcome from Sandra who also took the trouble to leave a few essential provisions. Property was clean and comfortable and very well appointed in a great location for a great deal of local sights.
