Richmond Estate is a newly built gated community which boasts excellent amenities for all ages. It is renowned for its environmentally friendly atmosphere. There is an array of manicured landscape with exotic plants and lush greenery. The infinity pool is a star attraction alongside the private beach club.

Guests will enjoy close proximity to Jamaica’s top tourist attractions including Dunn’s River Falls, Mystic Mountain and Dolphin Cove. Smartvilla comes equipped with all amenities. It is only a 2 minute walk to infinity pool and kiddies park. Our guests will never experience the negative effects of power outage due our state of the art solar installation.
