Its fenced plot guarantees safety for the little ones, and from the porch you can watch the garden area with complete peace of mind. The private swimming pool, fully enclosed and bathed in sunlight all day, is the ideal place to cool off and relax, while the children play protected. Additionally, the house has a spacious pergola that can be used for parking or as an outdoor dining and relaxation area.



The distribution includes three rooms: two with double beds (one with a private bathroom with a bathtub) and a third with two single beds, ideal for families or groups. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and everything necessary, leads to a covered and built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches in company. At the end of your day, the comfortable living room with a fireplace invites you to relax and share special moments.



It is important to bear in mind that the house does not have air conditioning, although thanks to its orientation, the available fans and the pleasant nights in the area, the indoor temperature remains comfortable for most of the year.
