A gorgeous home located on the south end of Marco Island close to the Marriott Crystal Shores (Winterberry) public beach access. A five minute walk to Marco Walk Plaza. There you’ll find multiple restaurants, a movie theater, lots of shopping and more. Mini golf and an ice cream parlor too!
This well maintained home has a spacious, open floor plan with high ceilings. There is plenty of room in this 3 Bedroom / 2 bath home to accommodate six people. Some features include a separate dining room, family/sitting areas, breakfast bar & nook, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and tile flooring throughout the home. You’ll easily find your way around the kitchen which is well stocked with dinnerware, stainless cookware and lots more! The master en-suite has a large walk-in closet, dual sinks, soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. All the glass sliders open onto a beautiful lanai where you can soak up the southern exposure. The sliders can be armed with a safety beep upon request. Enjoy the private, 20’ x 14’ newly renovated heated pool and spa. All surrounded by lush tropical plants. The lanai area has lots of comfortable furniture, a new gas grill and outdoor speakers. Pool towels are provided for your convenience as well as pool floats, etc.
Back inside there are Smart TV's, a DVD player and free WiFi for your entertainment.
If needed, there is a Bruno wheelchair lift located in the garage. There is also one garage parking space and three off street parking spaces on site.
We hope your walk to the beach is just a little bit better with the provided beach chairs, coolers and carts. Or, maybe you prefer a cruise on a bike to the beach. We have four available bikes to enjoy!
Please email Melissa the property manager with any questions. Depending on the season exceptions may be made for check-in times, reservation durations, and flexibility with refunds. Melissa is very familiar with the home's amenities, supplied staples and working through guest requests.

We had a great time staying here! It definitely exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and maintained well. The pool and spa were fantastic and made it easy to relax and unwind on our vacation. The location is great! Easy access to everything and an easy walk to the beach. This was our first time staying at this property in Marco. WOW! We knew the location was great and the pool, spa and lanai were key features, but the house itself blew us away. Normally our rule is to leave things better than how we found them but in this case it was impossible, the house was impeccable. The gracious homeowners shared their million plus dollar home to give us people who will never be in that position to live like royalty for a short time. The house is beautiful along with the neighborhood and community. Truly is a short walk to the beach but be warned you will use the pool and hot tub more than you would image with the ocean so close.

The house was immaculate! We have stayed at several Marco properties and this was so clean, spacious, and walking distance to everything! You can walk to the beach, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream and more! House was fully stocked with towels, beach toys, wagon, bikes, spices, paper products, etc.! The pool was also perfect! We hope to stay again!

Wonderful Home!

We absolutely loved our stay this past week at this home. It was the best VRBO we’ve stayed in. The location is awesome and we walked to the public beach access. The home has everything you could think of for a great week whether you want to visit the beach, relax by the pool, ride bikes, walk to great restaurants, etc. our family of 5 had plenty of room and all accommodations were spot on. Thank you to management for finding and shipping my son’s AirPods he left behind. We definitely will rent this home again when we return to Marco Island in the future.

This house is amazing!!! Not only was it beautiful, it was spotless!! The owner has supplied everything you could think of to make your vacation perfect! I couldn’t think of anything else that we needed during our stay that wasn’t already provided.The amenities go on and on and I would stay there again in a heartbeat! This property was great. Short walk to the beach, and they thought of the things a family with young children would need. The toddler pack N play was great for our 18 month old. They even had a monitor and a high chair for use. The pool toys were a hit with our sons as well. The property was very clean and working with Melissa, the property manager, was excellent. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Our family had a great vacation at this property! This home was very clean and well kept. Just a quick walk to the beach and the house comes well stocked with every thing you can think of for the kitchen,(even spices to cook with) toiletries, hand soap, laundry soap are all provided. Lots of towels, beach/sand toys, puddle jumpers for the little ones, beach chairs and the list goes on. Melissa the property manager was great to work with. Thanks for the memories!!

Fantastic home

House is very comfortable to spend our week of vacation. Furniture is very comfortable, all of good quality. Most of the basic items, paper good and some pantry staples are stocked. Even the laundry detergent is provided. Everything you could want or need. Good wifi, tvs in all the bedrooms. Plenty of space for all to spread out. The number one is the heated pool and spa all enclosed with a wonderful lanai. It was our go to spot to eat meals pool side with the sound of the waterfall. I missed this most when we returned home. Short walk to public beach access ( around 1/2 mile). Plenty of beach equip in good working condition along with 4 bikes. Super easy check in process. Love this house, already rebooked for next year.

Our family vacations have always been centered on Sun, Sand and Surf. We were fortunate to visit many beach towns around the world, enjoying each place and their local cultures. Opinions were gathered and a wish list formed for that day when our dream home might become a possibility. Forty years later we felt Marco Island pulling hard at our heartstrings! We found this area had so much to offer our family and friends. It is truly all here, unique beaches, estuaries, the nearby Everglades, great dining experiences, spiritual well-being, water activities galore and kind, friendly locals. We found the town safe, clean and so easy to navigate. Marco's standard is obviously appreciated by those who visit only to return again. So it all came together for us in 2017 when we agreed Marco Island was to be our slice of paradise. All our excursions leading us to this decision were packed full of treasured memories but we feel many more family memories are yet to come on beautiful Marco Island!

Why they chose this property

Location! This home is extremely convenient to most everything Marco Island has to offer. Adults and children alike can manage the five minute walk to the south beach access. Restaurants, shops, salons, miniature golf, ice cream and much more are all along the way. Another benefit, the pool area receives the much-desired southern exposure, allowing for longer days on the lanai. Also, the property manager, Melissa, is a longtime resident who lives in close proximity, allowing her to facilitate any concerns which may arise. A beautiful home situated in a terrific area of Marco Island!

What makes this property unique

We purchased this privately owned home in May 2017 and shortly began the vacation rental conversion. The home is situated on a large raised corner lot surrounded by palm trees, and lush greenery. You'll find this to be in a quiet section of town, yet very close to the south beach access. There were updates made to the kitchen and to the laundry room, also added were newly purchased Smart TV's, bedding, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. We have provided starter supplies for guests including paper products, spices, garbage bags, soaps and more. The lanai is equipped with a new gas grill, and you'll find an extra propane tank located in the garage. There is parking on site for several cars and garage parking is also a possibility. This home has door alarms, a fenced lawn area and coded garage door openers for your comfort. A Bruno wheelchair lift is available for those using a wheelchair to access the home. However, there are portable steps also available for individuals who do not require a lift. This home is not the typical rental property but unique in amenities, home quality and location.
