Abby’s Place is nestled on an acre of land, 1½ blocks off of Main Street. Peaceful retreat minutes from downtown. Rent all 5 suites for up to 18 people. Suites 1-3 are connected. Each suite has separate bedroom & separate living areas with new queen sofa sleepers. Antique furniture throughout. Suite 3 bedroom has a king size bed with a 55" flat screen. Suite 3 living area has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, a love seat, recliner, gas fireplace, and 65” flat screen television. Suite 3 also has an exercise area, sofa and other seating on the enclosed porch room. The large kitchen has lots of counter space, a double oven & a dining area with seating for16. Back patio features propane grill, wood-burning fire pit, windmill and room for a game of horseshoes.
Suites 4 & 5 are in a separate cottage behind. Walk into a combined living room (with sofa sleeper), kitchen and dining area. Each has a separate bedroom with queen bed. The bathroom in each is accessible from the bedroom and the living room. The decor theme for Suite 4 is Rocking on Route 66 and includes an authentic dining table and red leather chairs from the 1960s. Suite 5 (Cowgirl Up!) has a western motif including a cowhide, cow paintings, cowgirl boots, cowgirl hat and even a John Wayne quote. Saddle up!

We do not offer breakfast on premise. Instead, we follow the current practices of most BnB's in Fredericksburg and provide coffee, tea, water and snacks (including breakfast pasteries) in each suite.
