About this property

We have lovingly refurbished what was previously our family home to create the elegant Villa Linda Tsambika, which is new to the market for season 2019.

Having enjoyed it ourselves for many years we came to realise that the villa's natural and tranquil setting, surrounded by olive groves, with beautiful views of Mount Tsambika, which is stunningly lit up at night, would make it the ideal holiday home.

The private enclosed garden, with play area, shaded terrace, and pool, enjoys all day sunshine as well as spectacular sunrises and golden sunsets. The outdoor area also has a built-in BBQ and poolside shower.

Inside, the villa is elegantly decorated and is bright and spacious throughout. The open plan living and dining area is welcoming and tastefully furnished, with your comfort in mind, and the modern well-equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need for your stay.

There are four bedrooms which can accommodate up to eleven people. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, and one has two single beds and a sofa bed. Two further lounger chairs fold out into single beds for children.

The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and the large shared bathroom has a shower over a corner bath.

Tolles Haus und super Besitzer

Wir haben diese Villa kurzfristig gebucht. Wir bekamen durch den Co-Host Annie sofort eine Bestätigung und eine sehr hilfreiche Wegbeschreibung. Die Besitzerin Linda wartete an der Villa auf uns und zeigte uns alles. Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir Wasser, Käse und Wurst und Obst. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Die Besitzer Linda und Terry sind sehr aufmerksam und erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Afandou is a fantastic central location for all of the wonderful beaches and attractions that Rhodes has to offer, and nestled right in the heart of it, in a peaceful location, surrounded by olive groves for as far as you can see and stunning views of Tsambika Mountain and Monestry, which are beautifully lit up at night, is elegant Villa Linda Tsambika.

The Villa's lovely setting has to be seen to be really appreciated and the lovingly refurbished house and carefully landscaped garden with 8 x 4 metre pool is just the perfect place to play, relax, and unwind.

Afandou Village is located nearby and is a charming village with tavernas, cafes, and bars, as well as all the amenities you will need for your holiday.

The village of Kolympia is close by and offers a great range of water sports, fishing trips and boat trips to Lindos.

Beautiful beaches can be found close by and all along the coast, including nearby Afandou Beach, Kolympia Beach, popular Faliraki Holiday Resort and Water Park, Kalithea Springs, Anthony Quinn Bay and Tsambika Beach. And there is even a nudist beach!

Afandou golf course is only 5.4kms from the Villa and Rhodes Diagoras Internation Airport is only 25kms or 26 minutes by car.

Rhodes Old Town is only 23kms away and heading towards the beautiful whitewashed village of Lindos, many more beaches can be found, including pretty Stegna Beach, in a bay with a great selection of seafood restaurants.

Other attractions such as the Valley Of The Butterflies and Embona Village wine trail are all within an easy driving distance.
