This is a beautiful property with perfect ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials for enjoying meals on the balcony. The master bedroom has it's own entrance to the oceanfront balcony, and our kids really enjoyed that they had access to their own balcony with city and ocean views. Management left thoughtful packages of toiletry, laundry and kitchen cleaning essentials. The location was very convenient, with several eating, shopping and entertainment options nearby. We used the workout facility and found it to have equipment suited to our needs. We didn't use either pool, but both were clean and had nice views. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and can't wait to come back in the future!

The view from this property is breathtaking. There was more than enough room for my family of 5. The unit was clean upon arrival, but I would suggest replacing the carpet in the master bedroom. It was very old and worn.

Thank you for staying at Island Tower 1001 and for the 4‑star review. I’m glad you enjoyed the breathtaking view and that the unit had plenty of room for your family and was clean on arrival. I appreciate the note about the master bedroom carpet — we’ll share this with our team so it can be evaluated for replacement. If there’s anything that would have made your stay a 5‑star, we’d appreciate hearing so we can pass it along. We hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

This was a great experience for my family of 7. The location of the beach was very nice and the view was amazing. The beds were all very comfortable, even the pull-out sofa. The only issues we had, and they were not real big issues, but the water dispenser on the fridge was just a trickle and the ice maker ran out of ice, but nothing to really address while we were there. We also had to run the dryer a lot longer to get our towels and clothes dry, but again, nothing that would keep us from staying again and it did not stop us from having a good time. Our family has discussed it and we would love to make this an annual trip and would most definitely stay here again and have even discussed staying in the same condo again, if it is available!

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We're glad Island Tower 1001 was a great fit for your family — happy you enjoyed the beach location, view, and comfortable beds. Thanks for letting us know about the fridge water dispenser, ice maker, and dryer; we’ll pass those notes to our maintenance team so they can be addressed. We’d love to host your family again for your annual trip and look forward to your next stay!

The condo was in desperate need of a make over. Wall and wood work needed paint. For a place that sleeps 8, there were only 6 coffee cups. The balcony had 4 chairs, no table or any place to put a drink.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the condo didn’t meet expectations. I’ve shared your comments with housekeeping and maintenance. We’ll inspect the paint and woodwork and schedule touch-ups/repairs where needed. I’ve also asked our team to restock kitchenware so cup and glass quantities match the stated occupancy and to add extra items to the inventory checklist. Finally, we’ll add a small outdoor table (or suitable surface) to the balcony so there’s a place for drinks. If you’re willing, please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates or reservation so we can review what happened and confirm the fixes. Thank you for letting us know.

Great place!

The room was so spacious which was a big factor since it rained most of our trip! Great location close to everything we needed. A lot of complaints about parking however we drive suburban and had no issues. We had to go into the parking deck one time and is a little tight but so doable! Recommend this place for a getaway!

Great location, great views

This is an end condo and has great views. Plenty of room for the family. Check in was easy. Furniture could have been a little more comfortable, but would definitely stay here again. Easy beach access and great pool. Code for door was disabled by 8 and had read another review about this so one of us stayed in the room so we could get back in.

Teachers on Spring Break

The property location and views (despite stormy weather) were wonderful. The property gave us a lot of space to enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen was very nice and allowed us space to prepare meals together. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The only negatives were the glass door leading to the balcony in one of the bedrooms was inoperable and the sign blocked any view we may have had. The living room furniture could also be updated.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the location, the views—even with the stormy weather—and that the space worked well for spending quality time together. It’s great to know the kitchen setup helped make your stay even more enjoyable. We appreciate your feedback about the balcony door and living room furniture. We’ve made note of both and will be looking into updates to improve the experience for future guests. Thanks again for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Wonderful condo!

Other than there being 2 elevators to transport a large # of condos, we really didn’t experience huge issues getting up and down from the 10th floor. We absolutely loved our condo, the view, the pool and the beach. The views are just as amazing as the pictures portray. 5 stars! We’ll def be back!

Older property with very tight and limited parking situation. We were in a surburban and could not access upper deck parking because of height limitations. Unit was comfortable but some furniture needs to be upgraded. WONDERFUL views and patios. Overall, we enjoyed our 7 day stay very much.

Perfect Location!

We loved that we were just steps from the beach! Easy access and we never had a problem with the elevators. Elevators were always available and always working. We used the grill downstairs and the kitchen for meals. Rooms were just as described and just like the photos. The views from the large windows and balconies were amazing! I thought we were in a great location, we walked to several places, including the Hangout and public beach area. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Great Location

The property is in a great location. The view was wonderful. Checking in was easy. The negatives are definitely that it wasn’t clean. The carpeting was blackened by traffic, our bare feet blackened when we walked bare foot in there. We always remove our shoes when we enter. The sofa had many stains. Walls dinged from previous vacationers. The ceiling filters were black. A definite positive was the immediate response from the property management to have the air filters changed.
