Comfortable studio apartment, adjacent to the sea, in a 24 hour supervised residence, with balcony overlooking a large outdoor area. Composed of a double sofa bed and a bunk bed. Excellent for relaxation and fun.
Inside the residence, consisting of three structures, you have the opportunity to find bar-tobacconists.
The residence is located in a strategic geographical position, which allows you to enjoy both the tranquility of taking long walks by the sea, on foot or on horseback, and the lively evenings in the Recanati district, full of clubs, restaurants and disco or nightlife evening of Taormina and Giardini Naxos, ideal for young people and families.
Paid swimming pool with seasonal opening (July - August).
