About this property

Seaside villa, Neos Marmaras

Our house is located inside the village,in a quite neighborhood and with the sea underneath our feet.The view from the rooftop is amazing and when the sun goes down chilling up there is a once in a lifetime experience.The village center is an 8 minute walk and nearby u can find all you can need for a lovely stay.

The land is a 360 sqft with the house being 70 sqft each floor.
The house is split in two parts.The Main property that is rented as shown in the pictures consists of the living room,kitchen and balcony in the ground floor, the 1st floor with two rooms, one double bedroom with a/c and one bedroom with two single beds and a/c, and the bathroom.The rooftop is also part of the main property where you can relax and gaze on the beautiful aegean sea.The main property is 100% private and noone else has access to it.

The second part of the house is the semi-basement,outhouse wc, kitchenette which are occupied by a seasonal renter.
The garden,the bottom entrance and the parking are shared and all have access to it.
