The caravan was very clean in a good location. All the amenities needed very good base for travelling around various beaches in the area. I would highly recommend this caravan.

Very good on line booking and communication throughout. Obviously due to covid there were restrictions in place on Manor Park, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay reminding us of childhood holidays in Norfolk

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay very clean and well kept.

Lovely caravan very clean and well kept, however the only thing was one of the toilet seats was broken on arrival our 4 year old sat on the seat when it slipped to the side and the lid fell down on his back. The hinge was completely broken and not safe to sit on so therefore removed. Absolutely brilliant other than that small issue.

Loved the location by the sea

The property was in a lovely quiet location. It had everything we needed. A short walk to the seafront and local supermarket. We would definitely like to stay again.
