Villa Violet is a beautiful property, fully renovated, located near the market of Es Canar, less than 3 km from the beaches of Cala Martina, Cala Nova and Es Canar Beach.
Santa Eulalia is only 3 km away, while Ibiza town is 20 km far.
This villa is perfectly positioned with all kinds of tourist attractions, restaurants, shops at hand.

Villa Violet develops on two floors, it has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (+ 1 external) for a total of 12 sleeps.

On the ground floor it features at the entrance a dining table for 6 people, sofa and fireplace.
Open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric cooker, fridge, American coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, etc.
Bedroom with 150x190 bed, AC.
Bathroom with shower and double sinks.
Bedroom with two single beds of 90x190. AC

On the first floor we find: 1 bedroom with bed of 180x2 (possible 2 single beds), access to terrace and air-conditioning, 1 bathroom with tub and 1 bedroom with bed of 180x2, dressing, en suite bathroom with shower.

Outside the villa boasts a terrace with chairs and umbrella, amazing countryside views, beautiful pool, pergola that gives shade to all the tables and even a fish pond.

Indoor Barbecue lounge area with tables for 20 people near the pool with bathroom complete with shower.

Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, the remaining balance has to be paid within 60 days prior to arrival date.
Included in the price: Water, gas, electricity, garden maintenance, one complete cleaning service per week.
Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, high chair € 5,00 per booking, reservations fee € 30.
Final cleaning: €300 to pay upon arrival
Minimum stay:  7 nights arrival saturday
Check in: From 16:00 - Check out: Within 10:00 (Late arrival, from 8:00 pm € 100).
