The cottage is located in the pleasant village of Levassaix, about 800 m from the center of Les Menuires (with its many shops, restaurants, bars, sports center, ice rink, etc.) and is surrounded by small authentic cottages in natural stone.

The cozy studio of 35m², for 4 people, is on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, etc ...

At your disposal also, free private parking and plowed in front of the chalet.

chalet génépi appart 3 levassais

les photos sur l'annonce mettent l'appartement très en valeur part rapport à la réalité. les volets en bois sont en mauvais état compliqués à fermer (frottements échardes dans les doigts).canapé sale,éclairage du plan de travail cuisine HS ainsi que plusieurs lampes,mauvais écoulement des eaux dans la salle de bain (douche,vasque).le mobilier est vétuste,la chambre pour les enfants est petite.fuite sur la robinetterie de la cuisine.par contre le chauffage et l'eau chaude fonctionnes très bien et la literie est confortable.

Wunderschönes kleines Apartment in fantastischer Lage

Kleines aber feines Apartment mit allem was man benötigt. Für 4 Erwachsene wäre es meiner nach etwas eng aufgrund der Stockbetten. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene, das war ok. Denke ideal ist es für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Auf der Terrasse, die mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist, kann man das schöne Wetter und die herrliche Aussicht genießen. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und super lieb. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder.

Un agréable séjour

Chalet sympathique et accueillant - Attention à vous mettre d'accord avec Abritel sur les horaires d'arrivée pour éviter tout quiproco - un petit conseil : étant donné que le chalet est pour 4 et qu'il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, vous pourriez éventuellement enlever la moitié de la vaisselle à disposition qui est plus que suffisante pour laisser un peu de place pour le rangement de l'alimentaire.
