It is 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda and the Madallena archipelago of islands

The beautiful market village of San Pantaleo and its famous restaurants and bars is only 5 minutes drive

Olbia airport is 25 minutes away

This is a very peaceful and quiet property with no visible neighbours.
