The independent house overlooks the beach of letojanni, 40 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the town center. Very close to the station, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants, a few meters from the bus stop for the famous Taormina (10 minutes by bus). It has three bedrooms, two doubles and one single, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a shower cabin; washing machine and a large terrace. Provided with sheets, pillowcases, face tablecloths
