Emplacement de rêve avec vue sur le bassin et à 5 Km de l'océan ( Plage fabuleuse du truc vert )

Emplacement très privilégié.Vue sur le bassin d'Arcachon, proche de l'océan et aussi des commerces. Très calme. Voisins charmants. 5 chambres avec une bonne capacité d’accueil. La maison a dû être à la pointe de la modernité dans les années 60 - Elle est un peu vétuste désormais mais elle a le charme des maisons de famille.

Une maison familiale très agréable

La maison de Madame Lasserre est idéalement placée avec une magnifique vue sur le bassin et un grand jardin.
