New home comfortable kind Provencal farmhouse. Consisting of 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 ground floor) 1 bathroom upstairs (Italian shower and bath, double basins), 1 bathroom on the ground floor (Italian shower), 2 WC (1 in ground floor and one upstairs).
The main room (living room, dining room) opens on the terrace and the ground floor of the chamber. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Outside is a large covered terrace with a trellis and a large covered part (teak table and chairs wicker) to take all your meals facing the pool (size 7 x 3. 5 ).
In the garden is also a gantry (swing) and a set of garden furniture (chairs and chaise lounges) .The garden also offers a shaded area. This house located in a small subdivision offers the advantage of being in the countryside and enjoy the proximity to shops (5 minutes walk from the village center).
