The apartment is located on the first floor, tastefully furnished, with a kitchen, laundry-gallery, spacious living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower tray). It has a huge terrace (25 m2) facing North with views of the pool and its landscaped surroundings. From here, you can directly access the pool area by going down seven steps. This residential complex is 120 metres from the sand, located in the central area where you can find all types of services. Includes parking space.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Apartamento muy completo y cómodo.Bien situado y muy limpio
En el baño de la habitación de matrimonio había muchísimas hormigas.Deberian sellar agujeros para impedir que puedan entrar...era una invasion
El apartamento está muy bien. Corresponde exactamente a las fotos. Camas muy cómodas y buenas toallas. Pero a tener en cuenta: hay que llevar o comprar todo lo básico, desde productos de limpieza o spontex y pañitos de cocina hasta sal, aceite, etc. A pesar de lo que dice, si tiene tostadora y batidora. La nevera y el microondas están nuevos y tiene cafetera Dolce Gusto. Para verano debe estar perfecto, en Semana Santa hemos pasado frío. Le faltan algunos detalles (el termo gotea, el portaescobillas está suelto), ya comunicados a la Administradora. Es apto para personas con poca movilidad, salvo para acceder a la piscina donde hay escalones. El parking cerrado está muy bien.
