Manque de propreté et d'équipements
L'emplacement de la location est proche de la plage. C'est son point fort. Cependant, à notre arrivée, la location n'était pas dans un état de propreté irréprochable (vaisselle, cuisine...). La douche est en fin de vie et les bas de porte sont couverts de moisissures. Les animaux de compagnie de la propriétaire sont parfois envahissants (chiens, chats). La piscine n'est jamais ouverte par crainte que les animaux ne s'y rendent. L'air y est irrespirable. Beaucoup d'équipements font défaut : pas de micro-onde, poëles dignes de ce nom. Dans l'annonce, il n'est pas précisé que la propriétaire réclame 2€ en espèces par jour et par personne au titre de la taxe de séjour. Sinon, elle est sympa et s'efforce de se faire comprendre sans que nous ne parlions portugais.

Bon emplacement
Emplacement idéal pour les amateurs de surf et de châteaux de sable (à 5 mn à pied de la plage) et proche des points d'intérêts / visites de la région Maison au calme et cadre très agréable. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié l'espace dans la propriété, les jeux à disposition et les animaux (tu nous manque Dingo!) Il est à noter que l'appartement est situé dans la propriété principale et donc que les facilités sont à partager avec les propriétaires (étendoirs à linge, barbecue ...) Dommage que les propriétaires ne soient pas aidés car cet endroit pourrait être le paradis avec un petit coup de pouce (moisissures dans la douche, forte humidité environnante, manque de certains outils comme la cafetière et une poêle descente).

Paraíso locacional da praia de S. Julião.
Adoramos a quinta e os proprietários, A Sra D.Maria Morais e o Sr.António, tão hospitaleiros, que albergam animais, lindos, para além dos que são deles, pavões, papagaios, cães , gatos.. A natureza da terra e do mar. Maravilhosos! A casa está na melhor localização da praia de S. Julião. Aconselhamos vivamente! Vamos repetir!!
