Thanks very much for taking the time to leave your review. This is an apartment where we take the booking on behalf of the apartment owner, and they handle everything from check-in to check-out. Please rest assured that we have forwarded your review to them, and will be discussing what can be done in future to make sure that all areas scored are a 10 for our guests. On the specific matters of soap and detergent, the owner assures us that hand soap was provided throughout the stay, and they will from now on include detergent throughout the stay, rather than just on arrival.
