About this property

Our Old Well Villa, which takes its name from the old well in our property, is 400 meters from the sea and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Externally it offers a large private swimming pool, garden, veranda with barbecue area and parking area.
You have total privacy throughout the villa.
Internally it consists of 3 bedrooms (one double and two with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with high ceiling and exposed beams.
There are all the comforts such as washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi internet, air conditioning and satellite TV.

In the outdoor area, you'll find our cat, Dylan, who often walks around. He is very used to being around guests and is very calm. However, if you are allergic, please be aware that some guests occasionally allow him into the sitting room.
