Borgo house: relaxation mini private pool and garden

Dear Caroline, I thank you for your review, we'll use it to improve our services. It' s important for me to reply to some points that you wrote. Your arrival was complicated because you preferred to use your Gps instead of our instructions and the right position we sent you by text message. Our regular check-in procedure includes these instructions. Elena waited for you from 8.p.m (the time you indicated for your arrival) until 9.20pm . Please notice that our latest check-in is before 8p.m and you did not notify us about your delay. Above the entrance door of the house there is a lamp, but you wrote the opposite, maybe you did not see it? The spiral stairs are shown on the photos and this information is clearly stated in the description of the house. The kitchen is equipped with new pots, these work good on the induction stove and in the kitchen you could find an iron device to fit the size of the pots: Elena explained it to you during the check-in but you were more interested to understand if there was coffe and salt in the house! In the house we had prepared your double bed and we left three towels per person on the beds and one kitchen towel: so we are confused about your complaint.... The neighbors' dogs only bark when someone arrives because they are lively and cuddly and they want to be caressed! Usually the dogs are quiet however they are far away from the house. In the shared areas and in the access areas of the parking it is compulsory to keep dogs on a leash in order not to disturb the other dogs and avoid excessive barking. Unfortunately you did not see the many signs and you did not keep your dog on a leash! You never respected this simple rule, even when the neighbours asked you to please do it. From our side,on the day after your arrival we asked you If you had a good night and if you needed something and you replied that everything was good. If you had told us your complaints then we could have helped you. We think that your review is particularly unfair because at your check-out the house was extremely dirty and both beds were covered in dog's urine!!!
