"Argegno Penthouse" is a stylish modern air conditioned apartment enjoying enviable views of Lake Como and over the pretty fishing village of Argegno. The home features two double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and two bathrooms featuring two bathrooms each with bath and shower, reception room with comfy lounge furniture and sliding doors to the private balcony plus a spacious kitchen diner with another sliding door to a second balcony for dining alfresco to the magnificent lake back drop. There is also a third bedroom available for a fifth guest featuring a single bedroom. Private parking space immediately outside the home, off road. Air conditioning is located in kitchen and living room plus portable ac unit and electric fans in bedrooms for added comfort. The home is just a 10 minute walk down to all amenities from restaurants, bars, shops and the ferry to access all major villages on the lake.
