The cost is understood to include linen, towels, electricity / water and urban garbage. Deposit to be paid at the end of the stay: 70 euros. PAYMENT: 30% in advance, the rest in cash upon check-in. It is possible to accommodate a third person in the sofa bed with a surcharge of 5 euros per day. FREE PARKING available on site.
