Quietly located in a wild and protected environment on a plot of 3000m² fully fenced, in the middle of century-old olive trees and endemic plants, the new comfortable villa offers you, with its facade open to the outside, a very beautiful view of the citadel, the sea and Sardinia.
A few minutes by car from the port (15 minutes on foot) from shops and tourist activities, the numerous beaches of Bonifacio, 10 minutes from the Golf de Sperone. From the villa, hiking trails will take you through the maquis to discover a surprising nature and sublime views, a small beach is 20 minutes walk. A beautiful hike will allow you to discover the crystal clear waters of the isolated beach of Fazzio and a little further on the beach of Paragan.

Stunning Property, Fantastic Host

This property is stunning! The house is beautifully designed and put together, the pool is incredible and the views fantastic. It was the perfect place for our family to spend time in Corsica. Close to Bonifacio but also remote and quiet. I can't say enough about Isabelle who was also incredibly helpful and very friendly.

One of our most memorable stays!

This property is gorgeous! Both the house and the view! We felt at home and relaxed the moment we arrived. Isabelle met us, showed us around the property and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Her recommendations on restaurants and beaches were fantastic. I would highly recommend this property and we are already planning on returning soon.

Paradise in France

Bonifacio is a lovely town with good restaurants and shops. The marina is huge and accommodates very large yachts. There are many trails to walk and hike to see amazing vistas. For us the highlight was our house. It is beautiful with a large pool. A terrific kitchen for cooking and three nice bedrooms with baths. The common space is large inside and out with dining areas inside or outside looking over Bonifacio. Our hosts were unbelievable showing us around, booking restaurants, arranging for a private chef, helping us with our rusty french. This was an absolutely enjoyable experience for two weeks and wishing we could have stayed longer.

Une belle maison, dans un cadre calme de campagne, très confortable -on ne manquait de rien. La piscine est magnifique. Nous avons été accueillis d'une grande gentillesse par nos hôtes qui nous ont donné plein d'informations utiles sur la région. On y retournerait sans question.
