Our house is part of a residential complex consisting of 28 mini-villas set in a wooded and flowery park. The residence, as well as the collective parking, are fenced
Pleasant and functional, the house can accommodate 4 people.
Oriented South-West, its 45 m² are spread over 2 levels:
• On the ground floor: the living room with a sitting area, a kitchenette, the toilet with sink.
• Upstairs: a CLIMATISEE bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom and separate w-c.
The terrace, spacious and covered, is equipped with a shower (cold / hot water), a barbecue, garden furniture: table, 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs, and overlooks a small garden.
Situation: the house is located near the beautiful bay of Saint-Cyprien, which you will reach in a few minutes on foot (250 m). You will find nearby (200 m) essential shops: bakery and internet access, butcher-delicatessen, supermarket, press and beach items, post office and restaurants, ice cream shop, shops, diving club.
Ideally located in South Corsica, the seaside resort of Saint-Cyprien is 8 km from Porto Vecchio, near the most beautiful beaches of the South (Fautéa, Pinarello, Cala Rossa, Palombaggia) and basins of Cavo.
You can also easily reach the mountain ranges of Ospedale (20 km) and Bavella (40 km).
From Porto Vecchio, or Bonifacio (30 km) you can go on a boat trip to the Lavezzi Islands, Cavallo ... or wild Bonifacio beaches.
Activities: The diversity of the region allows to practice many other activities: windsurfing, water skiing, diving and equestrian excursions in Lecci, climbing (hook-branches, via ferrata) in Saint Lucia of Porto Vecchio, canyoning, golf (Bonifacio region), mountain biking, fishing ...
The resort has pontoons and rings for boaters (by reservation at the Mairie de Lecci).
Finally, the cultural resources are not lacking in Corsica: besides the picturesque villages of the nearby mountains, those of Castagniccia are worth a visit (restored Baroque churches), as well as the museums of Levi, Sartene, the prehistoric sites of Araghju (to a few kilometers from Lecci), Ceccia (near Porto Vecchio) and Cucuruzzu, the ancient city of Aleria ...
