Positiva: appartamento pulito, provvisto di tutto il necessario e anche di più come la lavatrice e il ferro da stiro...posizione centrale ma fronte strada quindi la notte un pochino rumoroso. Lo consiglierei.

"L''appartamento è comodo...

"L''appartamento è comodo e carinissimo, noi eravamo in 4 e siamo stati benissimo! L''edificio è stato rinnovato da poco e anche l''interno è nuovissimo! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Anche la posizione è davvero perfetta, la casa infatti è situata in centro ad Es Pujols. Siamo davvero soddisfatti e ci ritorneremo sicuramente!"

"L''appartamento è situat...

"L''appartamento è situato al primo piano di uno stabile nel centro di Es Pujols, vicino a servizi quali supermercato, fermata dei taxi, ristoranti e banca. Si presenta completamente ristrutturato e composto da due camere con due letti singoli ognuna, un salotto con angolo cottura e un comodo bagno con doccia. I mobili forniti sono nuovi e molto funzionali, il bagno e la cucina sono accessoriati con tutto il necessario. Trova posto anche una TV con ricevitore satellitare. Inoltre è dotato di aria condizionata. E'' stato consegnato perfettamente pulito, con lenzuola e asciugamani. Nonostante la strada di fronte è molto silenzioso grazie alla presenza di porte e finestre moderne. I proprietari sono disponibili e cordiali, offrendo anche a buon prezzo il noleggio dello scooter. Decisamente uno dei migliori appartamenti di Formentera!"

"Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 18 al 23/07/11... l''appartamento è perfetto, pulito, e nuovissimo (si sentiva ancora il profumo di nuovo). posizione centralissima di es pujol con facile accesso ai servizi e ai divertimenti. I prprietari sono disponibilissimi e hanno anche un centro per il nolleggio di auto e motorini, perfetti per spostarsi sull''isola... lo consiglio a tutti!!!"

L'appartamento era molto ...

L'appartamento era molto bello, nuovo e con tutti i confort e le attrezzature riportate nell'annuncio. I propietari sono persone serie e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è nel centro di Es Pujols, vicino alla vita mondana e vicino alle più belle spiagge. La notte non abbiamo sentito nessun disturbo di rilievo derivante dalla strada sottostante, nonostante si trovi su una strada abbastanza trafficata, io sono andato con un bimbo di tre anni e ha sempre dormito, anche grazie agli infissi nuovi. L'unico neo che ha l'appartamento sta nel fatto di essere il primo a fianco il vano scale, quindi basta che qualche condomino faccia poca attenzione a salire le scale in modo educato, si sente un po' di rumore, ripeto il bimbo non si è mai svegliato di notte, quindi è un rumore momentaneo e legato solo al salire delle scale, che se fatto di giorno neppure ci facevi caso, fatto in piena notte, specialmente per chi dorme nella camera sul retro, lo può sentire. Nonostante questo neo, siamo stati molto bene.
