Located in the heart of the vineyards of the Loire Valley and close to the Loire and its banks
 (World Heritage of UNESCO), our seasonal rental is perfect to relax and discover our beautiful Anjou. It is located in a restored farmhouse and has an area of approximately 45 m2.

Ideal for a couple or a family with two children, it is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor :
* fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge and oven
* corridor serving WC and bathroom with shower

- upstairs, large room: 140 bed sleeping area and sitting area with sofa bed and TV.
CAUTION The beds (bed 140 and sofa bed) are in the same room. The 2 beds are separated from each other by a bookcase.

Access to the pool of 9X 4.5 m sharing with the owner. Guests have access to an outdoor dining area, sun loungers and barbecue facilities.

- Washing machine available in the garage

- WIFI and ETHERNET available

- Bed linen provided

- Secure parking within the property (automatic gate)

Cleaning at your expense at the end of the stay and deposit of 200 euros requested on your arrival and returned after inventory of places of exit (for a stay of a week minimum)
