This apartment will help you have an exceptional holiday in Tarifa, as it combines an ideal location with all the modern comforts.

It is indeed perfectly located in Tarifa, because:

- 15 meters from the beach of Balnéario (world famous kitesurf spot) with a magnificent view of the sea, the beach of los lances until valdevaqueros, and the sunset

- 2 minutes walk from the old Tarifa and the port, where all the nightlife takes place.

Possibility of kitesurf and surf just in front of the apartment, both by levante and by poniente

- The beach right in front of the building is sheltered from the levante, and by poniente, the beach of playa chica is at 3 minutes on foot, and it is protected from the poniente. So there is always a place for children and non-kitesurfers to enjoy the beach

So you can do everything on foot, avoiding traffic jams in the summer.

In addition to this perfect location, the apartment was completely renovated in June 2019. It is fully equipped, has the latest innovations in home automation: speaker connected to control the voice through music, lights, robotic vacuum, television, and the front door. You will have access to our Netflix account, Amazon premium video, and Apple Music to enjoy it. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated centrally.

It is perfect for a family and the practice of surfing and kitesurfing, we have a room to keep and rinse all your equipment. Windsurfer warning: the apartment is on the 4th floor without lifts, not really recommended if you have a lot of equipment.

To change from the beach, you are 2 hours from Seville, 1h30 from ronda and its famous white village, 40 minutes from vejer de frontera, 1 hour from Cadiz, 1 hour from Marbella, 35 minutes from Tánger (Morocco) by ferry, and 2h30 of grenade. Cultural activities and visits are not lacking in the area, to change the beach. The house is very well located, just a short walk from both the beach and the center of Tarifa, making it easy to get around on foot. The accommodation is family-friendly, with games for children and comfortable, spacious areas where everyone can play and spend time together. The host was helpful and provided clear and detailed instructions for using the appliances and facilities in the house. The only points to mention are that the hot water runs out quite quickly and the overall cleanliness could be improved. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the house proved to be well suited to our needs.

Nice apartment

The apartment is nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen, including sharp knives (one of my pet peeves about vacation rentals is bad knives). The building is a bit run down though. It’s right on the beach so if it’s not too windy, would be great for walking. Old Tarifa is very close and is a lovely place to wander around.

Really nice place in a really nice spot

The flat is really, really nice. Super well decorated, fantastic location as close to the beach as can be. A bit tough to park, but once you're there it's phenomenal. The elevator was being built when we were there so I believe it's going to be even better in the future. Only drawbacks - a constant small noise of the wind (I believe one windows wasn't properly isolated) - not too embarrassing though, we stayed 2 nights. I'd recommend this flat!

Lovely apartment next to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The flat does everything (and more) that you need for a pleasant time (great, well equipped kitchen; nice View, tech stuff). The only negative would be the cat hairs on the sofa (might be problematic for allergic personas) and the sound of the current construction works. Still 5 stars rating though.

Smells like cat pee

This property was not in great condition and the experience all the way around was poor. To start with, the owner said there would be no issues with parking at this time of year yet when we got there there was absolutely no parking anywhere. We had to drive around for 20+ minutes to find a spot. When we arrived it was unclear what to really do as the person you needed to meet with didn’t really answer the call at the door as expected, just buzzed us up and it was unclear where to really go. After getting upstairs, we had to wait with a moderately unfriendly man who was not the owner while we waited for his wife to come with the key? Very odd in general. Then when she arrived she didn’t speak any English at all so we were translating through the unwilling man. Last and most importantly, the unit REEKED of cat pee I understand a unit being pet friendly but to walk in and be hit with that pervasive smell all over the unit was terrible. If you’re allergic to cats, DO NOT RENT THIS. The owner apparently has a cat as there was a cat tree in the living room and a cat bed in the closet, neither of which you ever see in photos. Additionally, when we opened the sheets for the main bed, there was a small bug that looked a lot like a bed bug in the sheets and the sheets also had old stains on them. We left and found a hotel to stay at and we never were able to get any refund back. Huge waste of money and a terrible experience, would not recommend staying here.

Mala experiencia en este apartamento. Noches sin dormir por la calor y la falta de climatización adecuada y sin poder abrir ni siquiera una ventana de la habitación debido al viento fuerte de levante .El dueño solucionó el problema pero el día antes del check out, lo que supuso que la mayoría de las noches que allí pasé no pude dormir ni disfrutar de el apartamento como debería. Una pena para unos días que tenemos al año.

Lamentamos mucho que tu experiencia no haya sido la esperada, aunque sinceramente nos sorprende tu valoración, especialmente teniendo en cuenta todos los esfuerzos realizados para que tu estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. En primer lugar, accediste a entrar al apartamento un día antes de tu reserva, sin coste adicional por nuestra parte, como un gesto de cortesía. Desde el primer minuto tuviste a tu disposición el aire acondicionado portátil, tal y como habíamos acordado previamente. Además, a partir de la segunda noche (de las cuatro que reservaste), el sistema de aire centralizado quedó plenamente operativo. Según el sistema de domótica instalado en el apartamento, la temperatura interior no superó los 24,5 ºC en ningún momento, con una humedad que no superó los 77%. La familia que se alojó justo antes de ti estuvo encantada con el apartamento —con las mismas condiciones de climatización— y dejó una reseña de 5 estrellas. Lamentamos que no hayas podido disfrutar de tu estancia como esperabas, pero creemos que tu opinión no refleja con justicia la realidad ni los esfuerzos que hicimos para atenderte y resolver rápidamente cualquier inconveniente. Nos parece una actitud muy poco agradecida después de todo lo que hicimos por ti.
