About this property

Apartment on the beachfront located in one of the best developments of Marina del Este, in Almuñécar. It is 45 minutes from Granada, the city of the Alhambra and 1 hour from the International Airport of Malaga. It is also one of the 10 best diving areas in Spain.

Private urbanization, very well maintained, with well-kept garden areas, a large pool with lifeguard and direct access to the beach through a short path that runs through a beautiful natural environment.

The house (85 m²) consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen (Individual), living room, terrace (15m2) with sea views (access from the living room and the master bedroom), intercom, heating, air conditioning and has Southeast orientation. The building has an elevator that connects the garage with the rest of the floors and is located on the ground floor of the apartment building.

One of the bedrooms has two with single beds and the other with a double bed. The two bedrooms have bedding, towels and windows to the outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine

The living room is spacious and has Wi-Fi, outdoor terrace and views.

The pool is only open during the summer period. (Months of June, July, August and September) and all the enclosure is closed to traffic.

For winter accommodation, there are duvets and heating. For the summer the whole house has air conditioning.

Logement bien à tout point de vue

L'appartement est super bien situé, vue superbe avec lever du soleil même en restant dans notre lit. Bien conçu, avec tout le matériel nécessaire. La climatisation est très agréable et ne fait aucun bruit. Chaises de plage et parasol à disposition. La plage est à 5 minutes par un petit chemin très agréable. La piscine est à 2 minutes. Piscine au sel et rafraîchissante allant jusqu'à 2 mètres de profondeur. L'environnement est verdoyant et bien entretenu. Le port de la marina est à 5 10 minutes à pied, très joli, où la location de bateau et la réservation pour faire de la plongée est situé. La voiture a un emplacement en sous sol et très près de l'accès à l'appartement. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Merci aux propriétaires et à Genado pour l'accueil.

Très bon séjour

L’appartement est très bien equipé, es pièces sont grandes, parfait pour 3 /4 personnes. La vue est exceptionnelle et la mer est à 7 min à pied par un petit chemin, sur un point de plongée super avec beaucoup de poissons, poulpes… on a adoré. Prêts à revenir !

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben die 14 Tage zu dritt sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist einfach, aber funktionell eingerichtet. Alle (für uns) wesentlichen Ausstattungen haben klaglos funktioniert, vor allem auch die Klimaanlage. Das WLAN war stabil, die geringe Bandbreite hat Streaming für mehrere Personen allerdings nicht ermöglicht. Die Kommunikation mit Rocio war schnell, freundlich und effektiv (englisch). Wir können das Apartment mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön mit Blick aufs Meer. So kann man zum Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse sitzen und frühstücken. Gegen frühen Nachmittag liegt diese im Schatten, was angenehm ist. Zum Strand sind es drei Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren froh über die Sonnenschirme und die Waschmaschine. Leider funktioniert die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer nicht bzw. kühlt nicht ausreichend, sodass wir die Tür zur Terrasse nachts öffneten. Bestraft wurden wir dann nachts mit unzähligen Mücken. Auch abends draußen zu sitzen ist ein Kampf gegen die Mücken. Das Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage parken, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel funktionierte problemlos.
