Charming villa with sunny terraces on the beach

Splendid holiday villa in Mediterranean style. You'll love its sunny terraces with beautiful sea views and direct sea access. Surrounded by a garden with BBQ and outdoor shower, it is fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
Villa built in 1964, fully renewed in 2012. It has 130 square meters built in two levels, in a property of 400 m2. Located in front of the beach and at 200 m. of the centre of Hospitalet de l'Infant, in Costa Dorada. It has three large terraces facing the sea, three bedrooms (one en suite), two toilets, kitchen and a large living room.
If you are looking for a not crowded beach and a house which is both in front of the sea and at a walking distance (200m) of the centre of a small and clean village, this is a good choice.
The house is located 37 km far from Reus Airport, and 123 km far from Barcelona Airport. The train station is at walking distance (850m).
All types of water sports available at walking distance. Harbour at 500m. Nearest golf course at 6 km (Bonmont).

Our guests will enjoy satellite TV with international channels and free high speed Wi-fi connection, even though you will prefer to watch the sea and listen to the waves. The kitchen is bright with garden views and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a large set of cooking tools. Dinners at the terrace in the warm evenings of the Costa Dorada are just memorable.
The luxurious and comfortable suite occupies the entire upper floor of the villa, providing privacy. It has an integrated bathroom that allows sea views while taking a shower.
One of the bedrooms can be converted during the day in a nice studio with a desk overlooking the sea. If you want to feel the sea, no need to leave home.

The house keeping is in charge of Gloria. She takes care of the house also for us, and knows every little secret you may need to know. She is also available for housekeeping on request if you do not feel like cleaning or doing the laundry while at home.
There's a fish shop 300 meters far from the house. Fish arrives around 16h each day, and you will enjoy cooking fresh fish at the terrace either on the pan or in the BBQ. If you're fond of local food, just ask for directions and we will tell you where to go!!
We bought the house in 2009, and have fully renewed it in 2012. We usually spend most of the summer sailing, and that's why we rent the house just during this period. We hope you will enjoy it.

Für zwei Familien mit 3 Kinder

Wir finden das es für eine Familie mit 2 oder 3 Kinder super ist. Für zwei Familien ist es zu klein. Wir hatten das Pech, dass die Toillet nicht mehr funktioniert und alles Abwasser bei der Dusche hochkam. Dadurch hatten wir nur noch die Dusche und das WC im ersten Stock zum Gebrauch. Für zwei Familien einfach zuwenig. Es wurde aber sehr schnell reagiert.

Phenomenal location in a nice litte beach town.

We rented the house in June 2022 for our family (4 adults and 2 little kids). We especially enjoyed the location in first line to the beach. The town takes a lot of care of the cleanliness of the beach and promenade. The house itsself is very nice but not too big and sufficient for 6 people. The landlords were very helpful and kind. We would love to stay there again.

Bel emplacement

L'hospitalet est un petit coin très sympa, la mer à main droite, la montagne à main gauche. La maison de Pilar et de Antoni, idéalement située au plus près de la plage de sable n'est qu'à 5 minute de tout : le centre ville, les restos... et les poissons au fond des eaux claires bonnes à toute heure du jour comme de la nuit. La terrasse assez privative permet de s'isoler du paséo pour déjeuner, dîner ou profiter du soleil au retour de la plage. Nous y avons passé deux très bonnes semaines, à deux, bien au calme. Superbe séjour en famille

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette belle et confortable villa avec vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée. La ville est trés propre ainsi que toutes les plages. L'endroit est calme et résidentiel avec toutes les commodités et de bons restaurants à proximité. La maison était conforme à la fiche descriptive. Les contacts avec les propriétaires ainsi qu'avec la personne qui nous a accueilli ont été excellents. A partir de l'Hospitalet les possibilités de sorties intéressantes sont nombreuses: Delta de l'Ebre, Tarragone, visite de l'arrière pays.... Nous recommandons cette location pour des séjours entre amis, en famille avec ou sans enfants enfants. Merci à Pilar et à Antoni nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

We both are medical doctors with grown up children and live in Barcelona. We love sailing and in fact that's why we rent the house, because in the summer we tend to spend most of the time in the catamaran, sailing accross the Mediterranean.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house because it was a unique opportunity, just 100 km from home and, most important, in front of the sea. Since we are sailors we wanted to smell the sea from the living room.

What makes this property unique

The mixture of a nice house in Ibiza style that is at walking distance of everything and just in front of the sea is a perfect combination. You forget about the car and just enjoy the beach, the sea, the sunsets and the little village.
