It is an old villa built in local tuff and whitewashed with natural lime, with ample use also of the characteristic local stone with which the internal and external floors are made. Built in 1926 it was restored in 2016 with great respect for its original structure. It is situated on a private plot of 2000 square meters at 150 meters from the coast which is partly rocky and partly sandy, with a beach equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and equipment for water activities, as well as a bar-restaurant-pizzeria. The proximity to the sea gives the villa a pleasantly ventilated and beneficial climate to be enjoyed under the large shady portico. Garden with orchard, vegetable garden and barbecue available for guests. There is also a pleasant outdoor shower to cool off when returning from the sea.
Two spectacular terraces offer a breathtaking view that caresses the sea and gets lost up to the Gargano. Trani is famous for its spectacular 12th century Romanesque cathedral, built in local stone, on the sea next to the Swabian castle. From Trani you can easily reach fascinating destinations: in half an hour the magical octagonal castle of Federico II, in an hour the city of Matera, the European capital of culture 2019, in an hour Polignano a Mare and in an hour and a half the characteristic villages of Alberobello and Ostuni. However, after traveling around the area you will be happy to press the button on the remote control again, which opens the gate to the private driveway that leads back to the villa.
