A specious maisonette 8min walk from the bay of Agia Pelagia, but at a quiet area. Family appliances all around(TV with Chromecast, dish washer, washing machine, cooker-oven, microwave, coffee machine etc.). Air-con in all rooms! WiFi with speed up to 50MB.
There is a master double bedroom and a second double bedroom on the first floor. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen-living area with a sofa bed. bathrooms in both floors.

Parfait pour profiter de l'île au calme tout en étant à proximité des plages
L'appartement est confortable (climatisation dans toute les pièces, 2 salles de bain) et idéal pour profiter de l'île car tout proche d'Héraclion et au centre de l'île. Agia Pelagia est une petite ville côtière avec la plage à proximité (10 minutes à pied). C'est un endroit agréable car les infrastructures restent à taille humaine (ce n'est pas le tourisme de masse). Nous avons vraiment apprécié le confort de l'appartement.

Why they chose this property
Its location is perfect with easy access to Heraklion, the airport, and the highway if you want to see Crete. Equally wellcoming and nice if you just want to relax on the bay of Agia Pelagia.
What makes this property unique
It is a proper home, but without any clatter. You will get the sense of being local, but you will be only a short walk from the touristic area with shops, tavernas etc.
