On ground floor kitchen and dinner and launge
first floor two kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathroom has a bath with jaquzzi.
Attic floor one king size and one twin beds with ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms has large terrace for great sunset views.
The pool is 6 x 10 meters long and 4 feet to 5 feet deep.There is pool heating and It can be operated with £100 extra charge for per week.

Lovely modern villa with beautiful pool

Superb holiday in Turkey and the owner Ali could not have been more helpful, arranging airport transfers, car hire and a taxi contact for us so that we were able to relax and enjoy beautiful Olu Deniz from the moment we arrived.

Adequate and functional but definitely not ‘luxury’

The photos definitely make this place look nicer than it is. There is mould on the walls going up the stairs and inside the kitchen cupboards. The kitchen equipment is very basic - no coffee maker / cafetière, or toaster, or draining board. The house has neighbours very close by so it is over-looked. We were only given one key to the house which is a pain if you’re in a group. The check in process with one of the agent’s employees was ok but the agent himself was rather aggressive and unpleasant.

I am sorry that you felt that way. First of all we have done our best for you to enjoy your holiday. Whenever you had issue we were there to help. ie we did provide a taxi service at free of charge to take your parents to your villa. There wasn't any mould in the villa but there is a water mark which was stained from the previos customer. If you find us agressive because we have asked the payment when you arrive to the villa, not much I can do. If you had paid before or when you arrive we wouldn't have any isuue at all. We have siply ask the payments to be done. Regarding the spare keys you didn't ask for it so how come we could read your mind? Again thank you for your review. We aould be pleased ıf you did mentioned that we didn't charge any charge from your damage deposit even you had broken one of wardrobe side in the bedroom. Regards Ali
