La Palma - Apartment with terrace and pool view

APARTMENT in a small residence with swimming pool in LAZISE.
The apartment is on the upper floor divided into a entrance area, small living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The apartment also has a terrace (8 sqm), which is south-facing and directly in front of the pool.
The apartment has a parking space in the basement and a large storeroom.
In the apartment there is air conditioning, satellite TV (with foreign channels), dishwasher and washing machine.
We are located in a quiet area, 1500 meters from the town center, 700 meters from supermarket and pharmacy.

Pool is open from 01.05 till 30.09.
Pets are welcome in our apartment. However, as per the condominium regulations, they cannot access the common green area without a leash and cannot access the pool area.

Really nice place to stay

We enjoyed the stay only the bed were not too comfortable and the AC was quite loud. But people and location were good.

Sehr ruhige Lage mit super Pool

Die Lage der Anlage sowie die Pool sind super, Balkonsicht wie im Bild direkt auf Pool, Wohnung sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit Agentur über Whats App während des Urlaubs jederzeit möglich, mit schnellen Antworten und Lösungen. Sitzen auf Balkon fast unmöglich da Klimaanlageninverter auf Balkon sitzt und somit immer warme Luft rausgeblasen wird (Klimaanlage zum Zeitpunkt des Balkonaufenthaltes ausschalten). Poolregeln: Ruhezeit zwischen 13.30 - 15.30 Uhr, keine Spielgeräte, keine Schwimmmatten.... Küche enthält alles was man braucht. Stellplatz für Auto mit Tiefgarage, Wir hatten Hund mit dabei kein Problem

Nachbar Problem

Schönes und sauberes Appartement mit großem Pool und schöner Liegewiese. Dadurch dass die Wohnung auf einem Berg war, war die Entfernung nach Lazise relativ weit und anstrengend . Das größte Problem war jedoch der unfreundliche und aggressive Nachbar der uns den Urlaub verdorben hat. -GRUNDLOS-!!! Für junge Leute also eher nicht zu empfehlen

Vielen Dank für eure Bewertung. Wir haben auch mit dem Verwalter der Anlage über die unnötigen und übermäßigen Beschwerde des Nachbarn gesprochen. Es ist das erste Mal, dass dies passiert ist und offenbar ist diese Person jungen Menschen gegenüber feindlich eingestellt, da wir Paare und Familien hatten und es nie Probleme gab.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnanlage mit außergewöhnlich großem und sauberem Pool. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Äußerst angenehme und sympathische Mitbewohner in der Anlage, die dort länger wohnen. Auch die Agentur Azzurra war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich sofort um jedes Anliegen gekümmert. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Tipp: im Garten gibt es für jede Wohnung eine Bodenverankerung für Sonnenschirme. Zur Perfektion fehlt der Wohnung noch ein Sonnenschirm am Pool.
