Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate.. Terraced lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Garage parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking.. This stunning holiday home sits in an elevated position and has lovely views out over the town of Prestatyn to the sea beyond. A high end finish provides sumptuous comfort throughout. It’s an upside-down property, so the bedrooms are downstairs – the master bedroom has two walk in wardrobes which open into the en-suite, whilst upstairs the open plan living area has bi-folding doors opening onto the balcony which runs the length of the front of the house, giving superb views over the town and out to sea which is about a mile away.
Meanwhile, from upstairs there is a door to the garden which has a fantastic private decked area with garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of wine.
Prestatyn town centre is a short walk away and offers full facilities with a wide choice of shops and supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, whilst the Nova Centre offers swimming and soft play, the Scala Cinema shows some of the latest film releases all year round.
The sandy beach is also just down the road – so don’t forget to bring your bucket and spade! Walkers will love the area, with plenty of choice. Prestatyn is at the end of the Offa’s Dyke footpath which runs all the way to Chepstow in South Wales – though shorter walks are also available!
From Prestatyn, it’s not far across the border, either by car or train, to the city of Chester. Great for a day out, this historic city has much to offer from its famous Rows to the beautiful cathedral and city walls. In the other direction, the A55 will whisk you towards Llandudno, the Queen of Welsh Resorts. Here you’ll find the Great Orme, rising to 679 feet above sea level, with the UK’s longest cable car ride, the unique Great Orme Tramway, and a Bronze Age Copper Mine.
Nearer to home is Rhuddlan Castle one of Edward I ring of North Wales castles, and the tiny city of St Asaph, home to Wales smallest cathedral. The pretty village of Llanasa and the historic town of Ruthin, with its formerly fearsome Ruthin Gaol (they welcome visitors these days), and attractive architecture are also great places to visit. Beach 1½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.
