Fantastique location in splendide area

The hoste was fantastic and the House is great, we really enjoyed the location with the family, we could walk to the beach easily, which was very nice and cosy. Thank you Giuseppe for the hospitality and support. Regards David

Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, das sich sehr gut in die Landschaft einfügt. Ein schöner Naturstrand mit Strandbar ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Santa Teresa.Der nette unkomplizierte Gastgeber Guiseppe wohnt ein paar Häuser weiter und ist immer erreichbar, falls es mal Probleme geben sollte.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in Sardinien und in dem Ferienhaus! Der persönliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einzigartig, er stand jederzeit mit Tipps zu Ausflügen und für alle anderen Fragen zur Verfügung! Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Rustige plek op korte afstand van alles wat je nodig hebt

Het huis is heerlijk. Er is altijd een plek in de zon of in de schaduw, net wat je wenst. Het ligt een beetje ‘afgelegen’ waardoor je heerlijk tot rust komt. Het strandje waar je naartoe kunt lopen is van zand/kleine kiezels en ligt in een mooie baai. In de nabije omgeving zijn volop andere stranden met ieder hun eigen charme. Er zijn diverse supermarkten dichtbij, Palau (excursies naar La Maddalena) is een half uur rijden en het centrum van Santa Teresa Gallura bereik je in 10 minuten. Wij hebben een heerlijk tijd gehad. Giuseppe geeft veel tips en doet er alles aan om je verblijf aangenaam te maken.

Angelique met haar man en dochters waren geweldige gasten. Ze hebben een geweldige week gehad en de communicatie met hen was perfect en punctueel. Ik kan hieraan toevoegen dat ze alle huisregels respecteerden en bij vertrek het huis perfect, schoon en netjes achterlieten. Het is fantastisch om zulke mensen te ontvangen, beleefd en aardig. Als ze willen terugkeren, zal ik altijd beschikbaar zijn om ze te ontvangen en zijn ze welkom.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende der Sackgasse. Alles was du benötigst um dich dort gut zu versorgen ist vorrätig. Nur ein Wasserkocher hat uns gefehlt. Wenn du Ruhe suchst, im Trubel des Alltags bist du hier richtig. Ausflüge in der Umgebung sind recht kurvig.. Das Örtchen Santa Teresa ist gemütlich und nett. Du fährst allerdings schon ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto. Der nahegelegene Strand (zu Fuß auf einem Trampelpfad erreichbar) ist Natur pur! Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (im Rollstuhl) da. Es ging gut! Das Haus ist barrierefrei. Giuseppe ist ein extrem netter Host. Er kam immer wieder vorbei oder hat geschrieben, ob alles ok ist. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, oder Unklarheiten, er war sofort da, oder hat direkt geholfen. Du bist also in besten Händen! Wenn du Natur und Ruhe suchst, ist es ein sehr schöner Ort. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter!

Une maison de vacances agréables jouissant d'une position privilégiée

Jolie maison de vacances jouissant d'une position privilégiée à la limite d'une réserve naturelle et quelques minutes à pieds d'une petite plage sauvage. Un petit paradis surtout en dehors de la saison estivale. Propriétaire très gentil et accueillant.

Una bellissima vacanza

Bella casa al piano terra, arredamento moderno, buone attrezzature, 2 bagni. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi, a Santa Teresa si è in macchina in pochi minuti. Giuseppe è un padrone di casa molto cordiale e sempre disponibile.

Schönes Haus mit allen Annemlichkeiten

Wir hatten wundervolle 10 Tage in Portoquadro. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Außenanlagen/Terrassen sind sehr gepflegt und einladend. Der Strand is über einen kleinen weg fussläufig erreichbar. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Guiseppe ist ein toller Gastgeber und wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder dahin fahren. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Fetije e Sasha sono una bella coppia tranquilla, hanno trascorso un periodo sereno osservando le regole della casa e alla fine del loro soggiorno l'hanno lasciata perfettamente in ordine e pulita.
